Loadout & Logistics Coordinator (Material Man)

About the role

The Loadout & Logistics Coordinator (Material Man) is the company's focal point for coordinating, verifying, prioritizing and tracing drilling and completions equipment from contractor bases through the quayside to vessel loading. The role protects operational readiness by making sure equipment released by QA/QC is correctly identified, prioritized, staged, documented, loaded on the right vessel and shipped to its offshore destination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate loadout activities at quayside and port facilities.
• Ensure full traceability from the Material Request Form (MRF) through equipment preparation, QA/QC release, CCU assignment, vessel loading and offshore delivery.
• Manage service companies, contractors, port and customs interfaces, marine operations and multidisciplinary drilling and logistics teams.
• Manage HSE performance, take part in safety meetings, risk assessments and incident or REX activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in shore-base logistics, rig logistics, loadout and shipment preparation, supply-vessel coordination and offshore material transfer.
• Practical experience preparing, inspecting and certifying drilling, fluids, completion and workover equipment before offshore transfer.
• Extensive relevant oilfield experience in offshore, onshore and shore-base drilling, completion, materials and logistics.
• Ability to speak and write English; knowledge of Dutch and French is beneficial.
• Rigor, initiative, availability and strong communication and coordination skills in a multicultural operational environment.

Required skills

• SAP proficiency for requests, orders, maintenance, stock and materials management.
• Stock management, material physical and administrative reception, inventory control and critical-material follow-up.
• Lifting operations, CCU management, marine logistics, pipe-yard activities and materials movement.
