HR Administration Specialist

About the role

The HR Administration Specialist will manage the full employee lifecycle—from hiring to termination—working closely with HR Business Partners and department managers. The role ensures accurate employee records, data quality, and compliance while supporting a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain up‑to‑date employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders such as HRBPs, COE teams, and department managers to coordinate lifecycle activities.
• Identify process gaps, propose standardisation solutions, and keep HR administration procedures current.
• Share best practices across the team and support the globalisation of HR admin processes.
• Maintain high data quality and support analytics and reporting needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, coordinator, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High level of confidentiality, stakeholder management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive ownership and solid organisational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS).
