HR Administration Specialist

About the role

The HR Administration Specialist will manage the full employee lifecycle—from hiring through termination—working closely with HR Business Partners and department managers. The role ensures accurate employee records, compliance with internal policies, and a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain up‑to‑date employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, guaranteeing confidentiality and compliance.
• Coordinate daily with local and global HR Business Partners, HR Center of Excellence, and department managers to execute lifecycle activities.
• Identify process gaps, propose standardisation solutions, and keep HR administration procedures current.
• Support data quality, share best practices across teams, and contribute to the globalisation of HR admin best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles such as HR officer or coordinator.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and high‑level confidentiality.
• Proactive attitude with ownership, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
