Bilingual English/Dutch Pre-Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

Mindy-Support is looking for a bilingual English‑Dutch Pre‑Sales Agent to join its fast‑growing remote team. You will work with international leads, schedule medical appointments and support customers through phone and CRM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Make follow‑up calls in English and Dutch to convert leads into booked doctor appointments.
• Contact customers who cancelled appointments and attempt to re‑book them.
• Maintain and update customer records in HubSpot CRM.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
• Report activity and results to senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1) and Dutch (C1).
• Comfortable conducting sales calls in both languages.
• Organised, dedicated and able to work independently from home.
• Previous experience in sales or call‑center environments.
• Reliable internet connection and backup power solutions.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
