Sales Account Manager – B2B IT Solutions

About the role

PBS Suriname is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to drive growth by managing key accounts, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the IT and technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Coordinate and prepare compliant bid responses in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct needs assessments and present PBS solutions aligned with client requirements and policies.
• Ensure full compliance with procurement regulations, internal controls, and ethical standards.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract award and handover.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasts, and CRM reporting.
• Monitor policy changes and upcoming projects.
• Build long‑term, trusted relationships with stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or tech solutions.
• Continuous training on new technological developments.
• Proven experience with procurement and tender processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and personal car.
