HR Administration Specialist

About the role

The HR Administration Specialist will manage the full employee lifecycle—from hiring through termination—working closely with HR Business Partners and department managers. This role ensures accurate employee data, compliance with policies, and a smooth experience for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain up‑to‑date employee records in the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), guaranteeing confidentiality and compliance.
• Coordinate daily with local and global HR Business Partners, HR Center of Excellence, department managers, and other HR teams throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Identify process gaps, propose standardisation improvements, and keep HR administration procedures current.
• Support data quality initiatives and share best practices across the HR team.
• Maintain business acumen to understand and communicate how HR processes impact overall operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles such as HR officer or coordinator.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality, stakeholder management, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS).
