Dutch‑Speaking Pre‑Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

Join our fast‑growing company as a Dutch‑speaking Pre‑Sales Agent. This is a remote full‑time position with flexible hours (9 am‑6 pm CET) and a start date ASAP.

Key responsibilities

• Follow‑up calls in Dutch and English with leads to book doctor appointments
• Call customers who cancelled appointments to re‑book
• Manage the customer database in HubSpot CRM
• Perform additional administrative tasks
• Report to senior management

Required profile

• English at B2 level
• Dutch at C1‑C2 level (written and oral)
• 1+ years sales experience on calls with Dutch speakers
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to stay focused while working remotely
• Reliable backup internet, power banks, etc.
