Dutch‑Speaking Pre‑Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls in Dutch and English, supporting lead conversion and appointment scheduling for medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Make follow‑up calls in Dutch and English to book doctors' appointments.
• Contact customers who cancelled appointments to re‑book them.
• Maintain and update the customer database in HubSpot CRM.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Report activity and results to senior management.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Dutch proficiency at C1‑C2 level (written and oral).
• Comfortable making calls and handling customer interactions.
• Organised, dedicated and able to work independently.
• At least 1 year of sales experience making calls to Dutch speakers.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to stay focused while working remotely.
• Backup internet, powerbank or similar resources to avoid interruptions.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM) experience.

What we offer

• Compensation of $1,000 / month during a 2‑month probation period, then $1,100 / month plus up to $100 KPI bonus.
