Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, and is recruiting a reliable, customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative for a renovation business. You will manage incoming calls and messages during opening hours as the first point of contact, taking ownership of each inquiry, giving clear next steps and booking calls with the right team member.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and messages promptly during opening hours so customers can speak with a real person
• Listen carefully, take clear and accurate notes in GoHighLevel and explain what happens next
• Route inquiries to the appropriate team member, including sales, the project coordinator or the business owner
• Book calls directly into the relevant person's calendar instead of just forwarding messages
• Identify and immediately escalate urgent issues on active renovation projects, such as water leaks, incorrect materials or wrong tiles installed on site
• Follow the client's written manual and established procedures, and make sure every inquiry is followed up and resolved or handed over appropriately
• Maintain clear communication with the internal team so customers receive timely updates

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, a call center or another customer-facing support role
• Fluent Dutch, able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Calm, friendly and confident on the phone, including with frustrated customers
• Reliable, organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over customer inquiries
• Able to follow written procedures while using good judgment to spot urgent situations

Required skills

• Strong listening skills and the ability to take accurate notes while managing conversations
• Comfortable using software and digital tools; previous CRM experience is an advantage
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a significant plus
