OneSubsea Field Specialist

About the role

The OneSubsea Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The role identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Capture field data
• Deliver and archive final job deliverables
• Deploy and position resources
• Evaluate and reconcile resources
• Implement risk response
• Obtain customer acceptance of delivery
• Perform service
• Prepare job invoice supporting documentation

Required profile

• Associate degree, diploma or Bachelor of Technology/Engineering in relevant fields (e.g., Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on deepwater projects focusing on subsea systems
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and positive attitude
