Field Specialist Trainee

About the role

The Field Specialist Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The role focuses on improving service delivery, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement standard work.
• Manage risk during service delivery and ensure accurate, on‑time job deliverables.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in service quality meetings and create action plans to improve performance.
• Contribute to HSE and quality initiatives, wear PPE and follow HSE policies, and maintain required safety training.

Required profile

• BTech or Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, or a Bachelor’s in a non‑engineering discipline.
• Fresh out of university (entry‑level candidate).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, proactive attitude, and good organizational and time‑management skills.
