Dutch‑Speaking HSE Coach & Trainer – Mining (Suriname)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Dutch‑speaking HSE Coaches and Trainers to support our mining operations in Suriname. The role involves delivering safety coaching, conducting risk assessments and fostering a strong safety culture on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Frontline Safety Leader Coaching and Leader Routines
• Individual Leader Planning and Recording
• Conduct Pre‑Start Meetings, risk assessment reviews and task planning
• Facilitate Field Interactions such as CCVs, Pre‑Task Hazard Assessments and wellbeing discussions
• Manage incidents and drive learning from events

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the mining industry
• Extensive experience in HSE coaching and training
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Based in Suriname (or Argentina as indicated)
