About the role
El Dorado Offshore is looking for a dedicated and reliable Offshore Steward to join its team in Paramaribo, Suriname. The role keeps high standards of cleanliness, hospitality and food service on offshore installations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in accommodation areas, mess rooms and the galley.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving and clean-up.
- Handle laundry and housekeeping tasks efficiently.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
- Support the catering team and help create a positive work environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Steward; offshore or hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid offshore certificates: BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS, OGUK Medical and a Food Handler's Certificate.
- Ability to work long hours in a team-oriented, offshore setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
