Finance Manager

About the role

SBM Offshore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead end‑to‑end finance activities at country level. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, robust internal controls, and provides finance partnership to local management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver statutory financial statements in line with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage tax compliance, filings and fiscal obligations.
• Coordinate local and Group audits, ensuring timely closure of audit requirements.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, banking relationships and treasury controls according to Group policies.
• Ensure effective Source‑to‑Pay processes, invoice accuracy and supplier payment integrity.
• Implement and monitor the Internal Control Matrix, maintaining segregation of duties and a strong control culture.
• Act as finance business partner to country management, delivering analysis and insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting under local GAAP and IFRS.
• Solid knowledge of local tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with audit coordination and treasury management.
• Ability to implement internal control frameworks and support business partnering.
