Finance Manager – Country Operations

About the role

The Finance Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end finance activities at country level, ensuring accurate financial representation, compliance with statutory and Group requirements, and providing strong business partnership to local management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee statutory accounting, tax compliance and coordination of audits.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, banking relationships and treasury controls following Group policies.
• Supervise source‑to‑pay processes, invoice accuracy and supplier payment integrity.
• Implement and monitor the Internal Control Matrix, ensuring segregation of duties and compliance.
• Act as finance business partner to country management, providing analysis and performance support.
• Maintain ERP and finance system readiness, drive data quality and process harmonisation.
• Lead and develop the local finance team and coordinate HR and BAS activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, Chartered Accountant) preferred.
• 7‑10 years of finance/accounting experience, including statutory reporting, tax and audit.
• Proven experience leading small finance teams in multi‑entity environments.
