Supply Chain Manager – Hospitality Group

About the role

Join the leadership team of Torarica Group, a Green Key International‑awarded hospitality brand expanding into the Caribbean. As Supply Chain Manager you will oversee procurement, inventory, logistics and vendor relations for a portfolio that includes three hotels and a new serviced‑apartment complex.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure goods and services cost‑effectively.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Oversee inventory control, implement management systems, conduct audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution, optimise transportation and storage, and manage logistics providers.
• Ensure all procured items meet quality standards and resolve any quality issues with suppliers.
• Monitor supply‑chain costs, prepare budgets and financial reports, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards, and mitigate supply‑chain risks.
• Document procurement, inventory and vendor activities and produce performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain, procurement or logistics management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead vendor performance initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of supply‑chain principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software.
• Understanding of quality assurance and compliance processes.
