Offshore Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Brunel is seeking an experienced Offshore Logistics Coordinator to support a 3‑year offshore project in Suriname. The role is based in Paramaribo with a 4‑weeks on/4‑weeks off rotation, working 12 hours per day, seven days a week while offshore.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore logistics activities and maintain close communication with the on‑shore logistics team.
• Manage personnel and cargo movements, vessel schedules and offshore logistics priorities.
• Interface with vessel masters, helicopter crews, drilling supervisors, contractors and offshore teams.
• Oversee loading and discharge operations and monitor offshore cargo movements.
• Maintain cargo manifests, pre‑manifests and logistics records.
• Monitor CCU inventories and anticipate potential logistics constraints.
• Coordinate offshore helicopter logistics in line with aviation procedures.
• Support HSE activities, inspections, safety meetings and emergency response when required.
• Participate in daily operational and logistics coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and applicable marine, aviation and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics operations, marine logistics coordination or offshore support activities.
• Background supporting drilling, completion, construction or offshore production operations.
• Knowledge of offshore cargo logistics, vessel operations, manifests and material tracking processes.
• Valid offshore medical certification; BOSIET certification preferred.
• Fluent English with strong coordination, communication and reporting abilities.
