About the role
A major international energy operator is seeking an experienced Senior Fluids Supervisor to support offshore deepwater drilling operations in Suriname. The role involves overseeing fluids and cementing activities on the rig and ensuring compliance with program specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise drilling fluids and cementing operations at the rig site
- Monitor service providers' performance
- Ensure compliance with fluids and cement programs
- Oversee waste management activities
- Perform fluids quality control and operational reporting
- Support drilling supervisors with technical expertise
Required profile
- Engineering or operational background
- Offshore drilling experience
- Strong experience with drilling fluids and cementing operations
- Deepwater experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of major operator standards and procedures
- Fluent English
