Pricing & Business Analyst

About the role

DP World is looking for a motivated Pricing & Business Analyst to join its Commercial Department in Suriname. The role provides data‑driven analysis to support pricing decisions across ports, terminals, logistics and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pricing proposals, quotations, rate cards and commercial calculations for ports, terminals and logistics services.
• Coordinate pricing for customer RFQs, RFIs and tenders, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Analyze operational scope, volumes, cost drivers and margins to determine appropriate pricing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Procurement to validate costs, margins and financial impact.
• Maintain and review tariffs, rate cards and customer‑specific pricing agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, pricing or commercial analysis within logistics, ports or freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical, numerical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pricing models and data analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence or reporting tools.
