Marketing Specialist – IT Services

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join OX88’s team in Paramaribo to design and execute marketing campaigns that promote the company’s IT services. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with sales and technical teams to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Develop content for digital channels, corporate communications, presentations and event materials.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and support lead‑generation efforts.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Assist in customer‑facing activities such as events, service promotions and client presentations.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IT or professional services.
• Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven capability to support lead generation and collaborate with sales teams.
• Customer‑service orientation focused on building long‑term client relationships.
