International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer. You will manage the full hiring cycle for multilingual candidates across Asia, supporting a variety of BPO positions for the European market.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Post job ads on international platforms and promote openings through social media and professional networks.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to verify qualifications.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential talent pools.
• Track candidates through the hiring process until successful placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or candidate sourcing.
• Background in recruiting for BPO roles such as customer service, marketing, or sales.
• Familiarity with the European market recruitment landscape.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
