Finance Manager – Country Business Support Center

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead end‑to‑end finance activities for a country operation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and robust internal controls. Acting as the primary finance partner to local management, the role supports strategic decision‑making and performance delivery while aligning with SBM Group finance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver timely financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage statutory tax filings, local audits and coordination of Group audits.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, banking relationships and treasury controls following Group policies.
• Ensure effective source‑to‑pay processes, invoice accuracy and supplier payment integrity.
• Implement and monitor the Internal Control Matrix, maintaining segregation of duties and compliance culture.
• Partner with Country Management to provide financial analysis, performance monitoring and cost‑control insights.
• Coordinate HR and BAS activities at the country level to align with Group frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance functions at a country or business‑unit level.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations and audit processes.
• Experience in treasury operations, cash‑flow forecasting and source‑to‑pay execution.
• Demonstrated ability to implement internal controls and ensure compliance.
• Excellent business partnering skills with senior management.
