Payroll Coordinator

About the role

The Payroll Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple entities through an outsourced provider, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and validate payroll inputs for five companies, collecting changes such as hires, terminations, salary adjustments, overtime, commissions and statutory updates.
• Submit validated data to the payroll vendor, act as primary contact for queries, monitor vendor performance and maintain submission logs.
• Review payroll outputs, perform variance analysis, reconcile inputs with results, and coordinate approvals and any necessary re‑runs.
• Handle employee and stakeholder payroll inquiries, maintain a query log and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare payroll‑related reports, ensure tax and statutory filings, and support month‑end close activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience, preferably with multi‑entity or multi‑country payrolls.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider.

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
