Field Specialist Trainee

About the role

The Field Specialist Trainee supports safe, efficient and reliable service delivery to customers, working on‑site to ensure operational excellence. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in petroleum and mechanical engineering environments while developing strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient and reliable service delivery to customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement standard work and manage risk during service execution.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Participate in job risk analysis, continual improvement programs and service quality meetings.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Perform CAT self‑assessments, wellsite inspections and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support HSE and quality initiatives, wear required PPE and maintain safety training.

Required profile

• BTech or Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree in a non‑engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, proactive attitude, fast learner, good organizational and time‑management skills.
