Field Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Field Operations Coordinator supports Buildora N.V.’s construction and building‑services projects in Paramaribo on a part‑time, hybrid basis. Working both on‑site and from home, you will ensure daily field activities run smoothly, from crew scheduling to material coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field crews for architectural, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and security installations.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, tools and equipment to job sites.
• Monitor project progress, update internal tracking systems and generate basic status reports.
• Communicate with field teams, vendors and customers to resolve issues and minimise delays.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and safety logs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support continuous improvement of field processes.

Required profile

• Strong coordination experience in field operations or construction environments.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources and on‑site activities efficiently.
• Effective verbal and written communication with teams, suppliers and clients.
• Customer‑service orientation with focus on responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
• Willingness to work hybrid in Paramaribo.
• Basic knowledge of construction trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, security) is a plus.
• Relevant vocational training or diploma in construction management or related field preferred.
