Direct Sales Agent

About the role

As a Direct Sales Agent you will be the face of Digicel’s ultra‑fast internet services, visiting homes in your assigned neighbourhood to introduce and sell our broadband packages. You will work independently, manage your own territory and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping households stay connected.

Key responsibilities

• Canvas assigned neighborhoods door‑to‑door to generate new customer acquisitions for Digicel internet packages.
• Conduct needs‑based assessments and present the benefits of our technology compared with traditional connections.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of plans, pricing, installation process and competitive advantages.
• Collect qualified leads, manage the sales pipeline and follow up to close sales.
• Record all customer interactions and sales data in the company’s CRM using a tablet or smartphone app.
• Guide customers through the sign‑up process, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
• Provide market intelligence from the field, including customer concerns, competitor activity and local opportunities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent face‑to‑face communication and interpersonal skills; persuasive, friendly and professional.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage daily schedule and territory.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous sales experience and a proven ability to work well with others.
