Direct Sales Agent – Consumer Internet

About the role

As a Direct Sales Agent you will be the face of our ultra‑fast internet service, introducing households in your assigned neighbourhood to Digicel’s broadband solutions. You will work independently, managing your own territory and schedule while aiming to achieve uncapped earnings through new customer acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Canvas assigned neighborhoods door‑to‑door to generate new internet subscriptions.
• Conduct needs‑based assessments and present the benefits of Digicel’s technology over traditional connections.
• Maintain expert knowledge of plans, pricing, installation processes and competitive advantages.
• Collect qualified leads, follow up diligently and close sales.
• Record all customer interactions and sales data in the company’s CRM using a tablet or smartphone app.
• Guide customers through the sign‑up process, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer concerns, competitor activity and local opportunities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent face‑to‑face communication, persuasive and professional demeanor.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage daily schedule and territory.
• Previous sales experience and ability to work well with others.
