Consumer Sales & Services Senior Manager

About the role

The Consumer Sales & Services Senior Manager will lead Digicel Suriname's consumer sales, channel management and after‑sales service functions. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving market share, revenue growth and customer satisfaction across retail, distribution and direct sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a detailed sales plan to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
• Design and launch promotions that boost prepaid and post‑paid sales.
• Oversee all consumer sales activities, ensuring sales and profit objectives are achieved in each channel.
• Deliver a high‑quality retail experience that aligns with Group standards and sales goals.
• Lead a sales operations team, providing reporting, efficient distribution and stock management.
• Plan and monitor customer service and after‑sales KPIs, using feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Motivate, train and develop an energetic team of eight direct reports.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of commercial management experience with a proven sales record in the consumer market.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
