Dutch-speaking Recruiter & Moderator (Remote Contract)

About the role

This remote contract position at Nixacom focuses on recruiting Dutch‑speaking candidates for technical and operational roles while also moderating online sessions in Dutch and English.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen Dutch‑speaking candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records in recruitment tools.
• Moderate online meetings, community events, and discussions, ensuring they stay respectful and aligned with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment updates.

Required profile

• Strong recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) with solid English communication skills.
• Experience moderating online events or communities and handling sensitive topics professionally.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills
