Dutch-speaking HSE Coach/Trainer – Mining (Suriname)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Dutch‑speaking HSE Coaches and Trainers for a mining operation in Suriname. The role focuses on delivering safety coaching, training and incident management to frontline leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Frontline Safety Leader Coaching
• Leader Routines and Individual Leader Planning & Recording
• Conduct Pre‑Start Meetings, risk‑assessment reviews and task planning
• Facilitate field interactions such as CCVs, pre‑task hazard assessments and wellbeing discussions
• Manage incidents and drive learning from events

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the mining industry
• Extensive background in HSE coaching and training
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Based in Suriname
