Digital Marketeer & Social Media Manager

About the role

Bits Please Technologies is looking for a Digital Marketeer & Social Media Manager to keep the brand visible and engaging across all online channels. You will turn the company’s services, projects, and client success stories into compelling content that attracts and converts prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Bits Please social media accounts and publish daily content.
• Develop monthly and weekly content plans, generate ideas, write captions and copy.
• Create or coordinate graphics, short videos, reels, and other visual assets.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to drive engagement and leads.
• Run Meta Ads campaigns: create ads, select audiences, test creatives, and optimise for qualified leads.
• Handle incoming inquiries from social media, ads, WhatsApp and other digital channels, qualify leads and forward promising opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on social growth, advertising performance and lead generation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and identify new opportunities for the brand.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager) campaign creation and optimisation.
• Social media platform management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Content creation tools for graphics and short video production.
