Project Manager (Remote – Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead Agile software projects for clients across Latin America. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure delivery of high‑quality applications, and align project outcomes with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to drive project momentum.
• Define project goals, scope, schedules, and budgets in line with client strategy.
• Allocate resources, track progress, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor project quality metrics, report status, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely and independently.
