Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding team. The role is fully remote, serving clients across the United States and Latin America, and offers the chance to work on challenging, market‑leading applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Laravel (v8+) applications.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and integrate them via Inertia.js.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring robust authentication and data handling.
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright to guarantee code reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to deliver solutions that meet business goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in front‑end development (React preferred) and familiarity with Inertia.js.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of deliverables.
