Work Management Advisor

About the role

The Work Management Advisor will coordinate and execute work management processes for the Merian Project, ensuring maintenance activities are efficiently planned, scheduled, and executed in line with operational priorities and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and implementing maintenance schedules that align with operational goals.
• Monitor work order progress, report delays, and ensure timely completion.
• Assess resource allocation and availability to meet scheduling demands.
• Liaise with planners and supervisors to verify completeness and accuracy of work packages.
• Maintain records of work orders, schedules, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and maintenance teams to secure required materials and tools.
• Analyse work‑management data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support weekly planning meetings and ensure cross‑departmental alignment.
• Apply continuous‑improvement initiatives to work‑management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling principles and asset‑management practices.
• Familiarity with safety, health, environmental and regulatory requirements in an industrial setting.
• Ability to interpret maintenance reports, KPIs and performance metrics.

Required skills

• SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) system.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
