POS Product & Rollout Manager

About the role

We are looking for a POS Product & Rollout Manager to keep our point‑of‑sale product moving at the speed required by partners and the business. This fully remote position, based in Suriname, combines focused product development and rollout work with weekend partner support, and will help lay the groundwork for onboarding SaaS partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable partner support on Saturdays and Sundays using established workflows and escalation processes.
• Drive the pace and quality of POS product development and rollout, collaborating closely with the development team.
• Translate partner feedback, support patterns, and operational observations into clear product learnings and improvement proposals.
• Work with the product team to prioritize improvements, follow through on delivery, and close the feedback loop with partners.
• Recruit partners for rapid feedback on new features, test changes in practice, and help the team iterate quickly.
• Conduct feedback interviews with SaaS partners and gather structured input to inform product direction.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch speaker (essential).
• Comfortable alternating between hands‑on partner support and structured product work.
• Experience in product operations, technical support, or a similar role working closely with a development team.
• Naturally curious, structured, and proactive in identifying patterns behind support issues.
• Ability to work fully remote on a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule while based in Suriname.
