POS Product & Rollout Manager

About the role

The POS Product & Rollout Manager will ensure the POS product evolves at the speed required by partners and the business. This fully remote position, based in Suriname, combines weekend partner support with focused product development and rollout activities during weekdays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable partner support on Saturdays and Sundays using established playbooks and escalation processes.
• Drive POS product development and rollout, collaborating closely with the development team to maintain pace and quality.
• Translate partner feedback, support trends, and operational observations into actionable product improvements.
• Prioritise product enhancements with the product team, oversee delivery, and close the feedback loop with partners.
• Recruit partners for rapid feedback on new features, conduct testing, and facilitate quick iteration.
• Gather structured input from onboarding SaaS partners to inform product strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch speaker (essential).
• Comfortable alternating between hands‑on partner support and structured product work.
• Experience in product operations, technical support, or a similar role working closely with development teams.
• Curious, analytical, and proactive in identifying patterns behind support issues.
• Ability to work fully remote on a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule.
