Night Drilling Completion Supervisor

About the role

Comsip, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, is seeking a Night Drilling Completion Supervisor to ensure continuity of supervision on board rigs during night operations in Paramaribo, Suriname. The role supports drilling assets within the Drilling and Wells department and works on a 4/4 rotational schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise night‑shift drilling operations, ensuring compliance with company, HSE and environmental standards.
• Oversee service companies providing fluids, cement and waste‑management services.
• Technical supervision of drilling program implementation and issuance of daily drilling reports.
• Track costs, anticipate equipment needs and coordinate alternative strategies with the DCSSV.
• Ensure seamless handover between night and day shifts and promote best‑practice working methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• More than 5 years of operational experience in drilling, preferably offshore and deep‑water.
• Good knowledge of TotalEnergies referential, processes and methods.
• Strong understanding of HSE rules, standards and targets.
