Night Drilling Completion Supervisor

About the role

Airswift is looking for a Night Drilling Completion Supervisor to join an outsourced contract for a major oil and gas company in Suriname. The role is rotational (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off) and involves overseeing night‑time drilling activities on the rig.

Key responsibilities

• Support drilling assets within the Drilling and Wells department.
• Ensure continuity of supervision on board the rig during night operations.
• Adapt to changes in work practices and job activities within the DCSSV agreement.
• Provide efficient reporting and deliver high‑standard DDR.
• Supervise service companies providing fluids, cement and waste management services.
• Oversee implementation of drilling programs and assist with work instructions.
• Guarantee operations comply with company rules, safety and environmental protection standards.
• Optimize rig equipment and processes in coordination with contractors.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering background with experience in drilling operations.
• Advanced conversational English.
• Good knowledge of offshore environments, specifically deepwater operations.
