IT Support Officer

About the role

Are you someone who enjoys solving IT problems and helping people? Kernel IT is looking for an IT Support Officer to support customers and keep everyday technology running smoothly. This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users for Microsoft 365 (email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS.
• Install and configure workstations, printers and other IT equipment.
• Document common issues and solutions to share knowledge within the team.
• Monitor systems, identify potential issues and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• At least MBO‑level secondary vocational education.
• Around two years of relevant experience (preferred, not required).
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 (email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Installation and configuration of workstations and printers.
