Drilling Completion Supervisor

About the role

The Drilling Completion Supervisor will support drilling assets within the Drilling and Wells department, supervising offshore well operations and acting as the senior supervisor for drilling and completion. The role is accountable for managing major technological risks, especially blow‑out prevention, and serves as the company’s offshore representative, coordinating with the onshore operational team.

Key responsibilities

• Technical review of drilling and completion programs and issue rig standing instructions.
• Enforce well‑control procedures and HSE requirements on the rig.
• Supervise delicate or high‑risk operations and communicate status to the chain of command.
• Coordinate logistics with DCSI, optimizing rig equipment and processes.
• Lead the offshore team, mentor personnel, and ensure safety standards are met.

Required profile

• Technician or engineering degree (master’s level) with at least 5 years of operational drilling experience.
• Previous experience as a Drilling Completion Senior Supervisor (DCSSV).
• Strong knowledge of offshore, deep‑water environments and TotalEnergies processes.
• Ability to manage safety, logistics and emergency response on an offshore rig.
