Drilling Completion Superintendent

About the role

We are looking for a Drilling Completion Superintendent to lead drilling and completion operations for our offshore assets in Paramaribo, Suriname. The role involves ensuring operational readiness, supporting well delivery within budget, and managing major technological risks such as blow‑out prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for drilling and completion activities, reviewing drilling & wells programs and managing changes.
• Lead daily communication with offshore teams, logistics, and contractors, ensuring equipment and personnel readiness.
• Coordinate HSE compliance, monitor rig action lists, and prepare necessary derogations and bridging documents.
• Motivate, evaluate and develop offshore personnel, and oversee personnel planning.

Required profile

• Engineering or technician degree (master’s level) with at least 5 years of DCSI experience.
• Strong knowledge of offshore deep‑water environments and TotalEnergies processes and methods.
• Proven ability to manage safety, environmental and quality standards on complex drilling projects.
