Country Manager – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

TLScontact is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead multiple visa application centres, drive sales, and ensure delivery of added‑value services. You will own P&L responsibility, manage centre managers and supervisors, and champion cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, motivate and coach teams of supervisors and customer service advisors across several sites.
• Boost sales and achieve Added Value Services (AVS) targets for each visa application centre.
• Own profit and loss, prepare financial reports and manage cost‑saving projects.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements, SOPs, ISO standards and corporate policies.
• Oversee centre productivity, security (physical & data) and handle escalations.
• Maintain client and mission satisfaction through continuous process improvement.
• Participate in ISMS reviews, security audits and health & safety initiatives.
• Travel to multiple locations as business needs arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience; sales background is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally and hold required security clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.
