Construction Employee

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Employee to join our dynamic project development team. The role focuses on the execution of architectural plans for turnkey homes in Suriname, ensuring high‑quality construction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and implement architectural drawings on construction sites.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Monitor material usage and quality control throughout the building process.
• Report on project status and any issues that arise during execution.

Required profile

• Completed MBO or HBO education in architecture.
• At least two years of practical experience in architectural execution.
• Precise, proactive, and driven attitude.
• Strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in architectural concepts and construction methods.
