Collection & Finance Analyst

About the role

The Collection & Finance Analyst is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for supporting collection activities, managing customer billing, and providing finance analysis and reporting. This role ensures accurate billing, drives collection efficiency, and contributes to revenue assurance while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Model, analyze, and support accurate customer billing and related adjustments, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Manage outbound collection activities and maintain aged debt reports.
• Develop, monitor, and achieve collection targets and KPIs to improve efficiency and support customer retention.
• Support commission reviews and validations.
• Act as the primary finance contact for the D+ business unit.
• Assist with month‑end closing, reconciliations, reporting, and other finance‑related analyses.
• Promote a collaborative working environment across departments and coordinate with the Finance Shared Service Center.
• Perform ad‑hoc finance, reporting, and operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., degree or diploma).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or related finance functions.

Required skills

• Highly skilled user of Microsoft Excel.
