Cementing Supervisor – Sr Paramaribo

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Cementing Supervisor to lead cementing operations at well sites in the Paramaribo region. You will coordinate service‑line activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver reliable service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service‑line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
• Plan jobs, issue crew instructions, manage equipment, and resolve disputes within approved limits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Direct service operators, manage equipment clean‑up, repair, and preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Perform necessary calculations for job execution and lead a mixed crew of Halliburton and non‑Halliburton personnel.
• Evaluate crew performance, provide training, and promote safety awareness.

Required profile

• Technical degree, NATIN diploma, or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in oil‑well cementing operations.
• Availability for travel and offshore assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and meet Halliburton’s developmental standards.

• Commander Head equipment (desirable)
• Commercial equipment driving licence (if required)
