TS Field Specialist

About the role

The TS Field Specialist ensures safe, efficient and reliable service delivery to customers, focusing on testing operations and continuous improvement. You will act as the primary point of contact on‑site, promoting company products while maintaining compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD for customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.
• Ensure accurate, on‑time delivery of job deliverables and execute service delivery plans.
• Participate in job risk analysis, continual improvement programs, and service quality meetings.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Implement CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections to meet regulatory standards.
• Take part in HSE and quality initiatives, wear PPE and follow HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in an engineering discipline or Bachelor’s in a non‑engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a field specialist in testing.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills for developing improved work processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills with a positive attitude.
