Solutions Developer – Power Platform & AI

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Developer who will turn business challenges into practical digital solutions using Microsoft technologies, automation and AI. The role is full‑time with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and develop Power Apps applications with intuitive interfaces and role‑based access.
• Build and configure Power Automate workflows for process automation and system integration.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
• Incorporate AI capabilities into solutions while ensuring security, governance and compliance.
• Document technical specifications, solution designs and user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required profile

• HBO or equivalent degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Application Development, BI or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of SQL or other database languages.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, Python or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure services and integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and code management.
• Basic understanding of AI principles and technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
