Senior Fluids Supervisor (Offshore)

About the role

The role involves supervising all fluids and cementing activities on an offshore rig, ensuring compliance with program specifications and managing waste and quality control. The position is based offshore Suriname with a 4‑week on/4‑week off rotation and a 12‑month renewable contract.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise drilling fluids and cementing operations at rig site
• Monitor service providers performance
• Ensure compliance with fluids and cement programs
• Oversee waste management activities
• Perform fluids quality control and operational reporting
• Support drilling supervisors with technical expertise

Required profile

• Engineering or operational background
• Offshore drilling experience
• Strong experience with drilling fluids and cementing operations
• Deepwater experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of major operator standards and procedures
• Fluent English
