Senior Fluids Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Fluids Supervisor will support drilling assets within the Drilling and Wells department, overseeing all fluids and cement operations on site. This position provides technical support to the Drilling Supervisor and ensures proper planning, logistics, and quality control of fluids, cement, and waste management.

Key responsibilities

• Technical supervision of rig‑site fluids operations, cement jobs, mud displacements and formation integrity tests.
• Prepare and follow Fluids and Cement Programs, manage logistics for chemicals, bulks, WBCO and equipment.
• Perform QC of drilling fluids, cementing services and waste streams, and report any non‑conformances.
• Coordinate with service companies, optimise costs and performance, and share lessons learned.
• Ensure HSE compliance for all fluids, cementing and waste activities according to statutory and company standards.

Required profile

• Engineering or operational background (BSc/MSc in Engineering or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years experience in offshore drilling fluids and cementing, including deep‑water projects.
• Familiarity with TotalEnergies processes and referential.
• Ability to manage logistics, QC procedures and waste handling on site.
