Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Media Industry

About the role

Huzzle is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to drive growth for its social media management and content creation services. You will own the front‑end sales cycle, from cold outreach to booking qualified appointments, helping expand the client base and generate revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
• Consistently schedule 2‑3 qualified discovery calls per day with decision‑makers.
• Qualify potential clients based on budget, interest level, and specific needs for social media management or content creation services.
• Manage lead transition through the funnel to achieve a minimum of 1‑2 closed deals per week.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead status in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or outreach role for social media management or content creation agencies.
• Deep understanding of communicating the value of digital content and social strategy to business owners.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over phone and text.
• Self‑motivated “hunter” mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding daily outreach KPIs.
